Nav Singh and Louise Radman are the dynamic duo behind the avant-garde wine label, Domaine Simha (and Süd Polaire, if you like spirits!). The pair expertly showcase the Tasmanian terroir using hand-selected growers in the Derwent, Huon, and Coal River Valleys. They are considered micro-batch, producing only a few barrels of each cuvée. They harvest on fruit and flower days based on the lunar cycle. In the winery they use a combination of large oak demi-muids and clay amphorae. Wines are bottled unfined and unfiltered. The resulting wines are always energetic, playful, delicious, textured, and hard to come by
