Cool climate single vineyard origin: Derwent Valley Tasmania 42.6°S Handpicked on a flower day after the harvest moon. Whole bunch pressed very slowly, wild ferment en seasoned demi-muid. Matured 12 months, bottled unfined and unfiltered with perfect natural balance.
An expressive sauvignon style. Passionfruit, sweetpea, lemon, gooseberry and fresh basil notes. Bright, fruitful, softly textured and fresh.
