Today, under the stewardship of the Palla family, Negroni continues to produce its iconic range of grappas, liqueurs, and apéritifs. From beloved classics like Amaretto della Casa to Liquore di Limone, each sip offers the authentic taste and craftsmanship of true Italian heritage.

Bitter Aperitivo is crafted from a natural infusion of bitter herbs and spices, including orange and lemon peels, rhubarb, gentian, licorice, and quassia. The infusion process lasts for 20 days and is followed by traditional filtration methods to ensure a rich and refined flavour.

Brilliant ruby red in colour, a delicate and well-balanced bouquet jumps from the glass with an inviting intensity. The vibrant aroma of orange peel leads, followed by subtle hints of rhubarb, gentian, liquorice, and cassia.

A bold and decisive flavour profile. Bright citrus notes give way to the characteristic bitterness of the herbs, with gentian standing out. The long-lasting bitter aftertaste lingers pleasantly, stimulating the taste buds.
