Jacques Diebolt has been making Champagne at Diebolt-Vallois since 1959. The winery and vineyards are based in the village of Cramant, although he also has vineyards in some of the top spots in the villages of Chouilly, Cuis and Epernay. This is one of the top artisanal, family run estates in all of the Côtes des Blanc region of Champagne.
This Champagne is made entirely from Jacques Diebolt’s vineyards in the villages of Cramant and Cuis. A blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Pinot Meunier it is uncommonly fine and aromatic, reflecting the mineral character of the chalky soil of the Côte de Blanc.
