Pristine aromatics, floral and saline - with acacia, iodine, tarragon and green melon, this is both immediately briny and utterly delicious, think Chablis, but with a greater texture like Chenin Blanc, Muscadet esque volume. Bloody excellent and the perfect accompaniment to Springtime!!
