It reveals notes fresh cherry, fresh raspberry and small notes of bright Quetshe plum associated with touches of licorice, violet, racy minerality, graphite, fine hints of cardamom, Sichuan pepper, as well as a imperceptible hint of laurel berries and sweet blond tobacco. The mouth is fruity, well-balanced and offers a juiciness, minerality, a beautiful bright fruit, gourmandize, a tangy frame, suavity, a beautiful definition, a certain aromatic purity, a beautiful minerality as well as a good fineness of the grain and suavity. The wine expresses notes of pulpy/juicy cherry, juicy/pulpy plum, and small notes of hint of pulpy/bright cassis associated with touches of violet, lily, graphite, pepper as well as slight toasted hints, nutmeg and a hint of vanilla. Tannins are elegant, precise, suave and finely mellow. Good length. Presence of fine chocolate in the background.
