The 2023 Château Peybonhomme-les-Tours L'Atypic is a medium-bodied, biodynamic red wine with notes of dark cherry, black fruit, and spice, balanced by hints of dried herbs and fresh acidity. It features an atypical blend of 50% Malbec and 50% Cabernet Franc, is fermented with native yeasts in concrete, and has an elegant profile with fine tannins and a mouth-watering finish. It is considered versatile and drinkable
