Chantereves Savigny Les Beaune Dessus De Montchenevoy 2022
Dessus de Montchenevoy is located above the renowned Savigny 1er Cru, Aux Guettes. It’s a west-facing site at an altitude of 350m and is surrounded by forest. The altitude and cool air from the forest help moderate the climate of the site, resulting in a longer ripening period. The plot is organically farmed, and its isolation from other vines allows Tomiko and her team to limit spraying.
