Grower Champagne. Chloé is a unique no sulphites, solera perpetual reserve started in 2011 and renewed 25% per vintage, vinified in oak barrels for 50%, unfiltered and 0 dosage. About 4300 bottles produced each year.

Beautiful subtle oxidative character, spice bread, brioche, vanilla, candied fruits, white flowers and stone fruits. Unique expression and complexity, this Champagne is something different. Palate: Alive and vibrant with a subtle texture that gently touch your palate with complexity. Incredible sensation of delicacy and length, ripe stone fruits, citrus and almonds. Long finish.

"Brilliant wine, textural and vinous, sparked with frisky, tight fizz but all saline, minerally, nutty and creamy, with a zig and zag of lemon, crunchy green apple and pulpy grapefruit tang the main deal. It’s Jura by way of Chablis via Champagne, if you want a story, but the wine sitting in front of me is rapidly disappearing as I hound at my glass, so let’s nail this.
