Savoury earth and leather notes move in tandem with dark plum, blue fruits, and spice-filled aromas. The palate is svelte yet plush with good structure in place, something to build a future on. A different expression of Shiraz, hence, the choice of Syrah as a descriptor with red and blue fruits, dark stewed plums, earth, chocolate and spice finishing tight and firm with distinctive Aussie bush, black pepper notes that lift the wine, adding to its inviting charm.
