Castagna Allegro Syrah Rose 2019
The Castagna's mission, is to make wine which is the expression of the place where it is grown, stylistically making classic old-world wines with new-world fruit. The vineyard is fully certified both organic and biodynamic.
Shiraz viognier Rosé. Strong rose hip tea and floral scents with aromas of pepper, clove in the mix. Juicy in the palate but with light, crisp tannins keeping things tight and fine and fresh. Back palate acidity is epic, tart and tangy, a feature, amaro-laced flavours linger.
