Cantillon Saint Lamvinus is an iconic, highly sought-after fruit lambic that blurs the line between beer and wine. It features 16 to 18-month-old lambic macerated with fresh Merlot grapes (and on this occasion Grenache Noir and Syrah) for two months, resulting in a deep burgundy beer with an ABV of 7.5%.
