Generous wine raised in casks outside the dynamic system (soleras and criaderas), for which reason it has been kept in static aging with a flor veil since the beginning of its aging. Each butt and each estate has developed and evolved in a different way, giving particular and unique wines. In this case, the winery left a cask from the 2015 vintage that had not been bottled until now. The boot evolution has achieved greater complexity. A great vintage manzanilla.
