The cepage (grape variety breakdown...) is predominantly Garganega which offers a lovely golden straw colour and creamy yellow fruit. 10% Trebbiano adds some vim and vigour, and the finish is crunchy, apply and fresh. Golden, fruity and crisp. This is Italian Garganega from the Soave region and a complete bargain.
