BK Wines Carte Blanche Chardonnay 2023
This is our village wine a blend of 100% Chardonnay from our 3 single site Chardonnays for 2023 from the barrels that don’t quite make the cut for our single vineyard Chardonnay Range. Think texture and plenty of mouthfeel. A little bit wild and slightly oxidative maybe, it’s savoury and textured and super intriguing. Cool musk with apple and white pepper. A zing of acid just perfect alongside a chalky finish.
