Azelia Barolo 2017
The Azelia Barolo Margheria 2017 is a Barolo from Serralunga d'Alba, a region known for its powerful tannins and aging potential. While young, it exhibits blackberry and plum flavors, along with licorice and rusty nail notes. The wine's full-bodied character with a long and sophisticated palate, making it a wine that rewards extended aging. It closes with coriander and star anise. Integrity and energy on the palate where the supple and mature tannins control the powerful acid-sapid stride. Long salt trail studded with the tactile umami of taste.
