Cinnamon, anise, and lemon myrtles. Lemon-scented gum. Mountain pepper. Bittersweet and deeply aromatic, Myrtle Amaro blends native Australian botanicals to create a complex and nostalgic aperitivo that tastes like home. Inspired by the complexity of traditional Italian amaros, Myrtle Amaro layers warming cinnamon and anise myrtles with the bright citrus notes of lemon myrtle and lemon-scented gum. Mountain pepper adds a lingering heat on the finish, adding a subtle complexity.
Myrtle Amaro is perfect to sip before or after a meal, and is equally suited to a Paper Plane, Lantern Fly, or Myrtle Old Fashioned.
