Davidson plum. Orange. Rosella. Mountain pepper. Bittersweet and enticingly tart, Davo Plum Aperitivo is a celebration of the Davidson plum (Davidsonia pruriens and Davidsonia jerseyana), a fruit that is native to the rainforests of northern New South Wales and southeast Queensland.
The bright tartness of Davidson plum is sweetened by fresh orange and the floral notes of rosella. A hint of mountain pepper lingers, adding a subtle spice to the finish.
