Hand harvest on very steep hills of the northern Rhône. Wild yeast fermentation and 3 weeks on skin. Malolactic and maturation in French oak barrels. Deep colour and beautiful aromas of dark berries, violet and spice. On the palate, the wine is intense, structured and expressive with a long mineral finish from its granite terroir.
