100% Shiraz from Block 4 planted in 1915 on a mix of red sand, mild clay, slate and limestone on a clay base. Destemmed / 50% berries crushed, fermented in concrete, maceration 22 days. 10 months in 700l oak, 22% new. 223 dozen produced.
