Adelaide Hills Distillery 78 Degrees Sunset Gin

Produced in small batches utilising grape spirit, the 78 Degrees Gin is vapour distilled utilising four key botanicals - Juniper, Strawberry Gum, Bush Apple and Rosella. Leafy, herbaceous, and floral due to the strawberry gum and Rosella, with the juniper adding notes of fresh pine whilst the vapour distillation creates a gin with more pronounced rose aromas than juniper forward elements. Mix with Mediterranean Tonic and garnish with strawberries
