The basis of our wine line "Aus den Lagen" is formed by all the estate's classified vineyards with their soils and microclimates, which are almost five kilometres along the Haardtrand. With this new wine line, they focus on wines from clearly defined individual locations - true to our motto "Terroir down to the cellar" - even more consistently.
The nose is fresh and saline with nuances of dried herbs, lemons, yellow apples, white flowers, slightly yeasty. The palate is dense, vibrant with breathtaking acidity, linear spine, juicy fruit concentration and a long finish with a pleasant bitterness in the background.
