“J’en Veux Encore” is a Vin de France red from Anne & Jean-François Ganevat, blending Gamay from Beaujolais with Pinot Noir, Trousseau, and rare Jura varieties. Sourced from organically farmed vineyards, it’s fermented with native yeasts using carbonic or semi-carbonic maceration, then aged 10 months. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, with minimal sulfur.
Light, juicy, and aromatic, this playful cuvée lives up to its name. It’s a fresh, chillable red built for easy enjoyment.
