In 2021, Theo was invited to visit a mature, 10-hectare vineyard in the Bray district of the Maconnais that two investors had recently purchased. Dancer immediately saw the potential of the mature vines and limestone-rich soils. He agreed to manage the project, but only on the condition that he could control everything. Taking over in July 2021, with the help of full-time vigneron Bastien Cubillé, Dancer immediately began raising the vineyard work to his standards, bringing the soils and vines back into balance, planting cover crops, and cultivating inter-vine.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe Roc Breïa 2021 Pinot Noir is just as charming as its white counterpart, bursting with aromas of red berries, plums, rose petals and orange rind. Medium-bodied, open and supple, with melting tannins and a lively, succulent profile, it will drink well on release.
