41% Pinot Gris, 28% Pinot Blanc, 26% Riesling, 5% Gewurztraminer. Sourced exclusively from the Coal River Valley - Riesling from Tea Tree and Campania, Pinot Blanc from Cambridge, Gewurztraminer from Richmond and Pinot Gris from Campania. Hand harvested, destemmed and left in contact with skins for about 8 hours prior to gentle pressing. Indigenous yeast ferment in older oak Puncheon, prior to three and a half months on lees in wood. An exceptional take on the classic Gentil style of the Alsace - textural with sensational acidity.
