Brilliant pale straw colour with a watery hue. Aromas of pear and ripe apple drift from the glass followed by hints of honeysuckle and quince. Pear, apple skin and citrus flavours overlay a delicate herb and wet stone back drop. Quite lean yet possessing a river stone like feel it has brisk acidity.
