A classic style of rum, it was rich and flavoursome, aged in all ex-whiskey casks. When ready, it would be transported to George Fesq’s warehouse for bottling.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThey haven’t attempted to recreate this Rum, exactly, but have used it as a reference for the ongoing journey of Red Mill. This has the stronger, punchier flavours of white oak cask rums, but with the refinement and elegance of all of the Red Mill spirits.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eWe batch blend this bottling from ~75% ex-Bourbon and ~25% ex-Scotch Whisky barrels, before resting for three months in a 1000L French oak\u003cspan\u003e \u003c\/span\u003e\u003cem\u003efoudre\u003c\/em\u003e.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe label and package are a modern interpretation of the bottles that existed in the 1960s, with a tall, round bottle and gold square label.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e","brand":"Red Mill Rum","offers":[{"title":"Default Title","offer_id":50094333067510,"sku":"14246-1","price":99.99,"currency_code":"AUD","in_stock":true}],"thumbnail_url":"\/\/cdn.shopify.com\/s\/files\/1\/0451\/6580\/5731\/files\/763D266E-78A2-42CD-B2F7-BF4E706BA45A.png?v=1775453008","url":"https:\/\/edcellars.com.au\/products\/red-mill-original-rum-700ml-4","provider":"Edinburgh Cellars ","version":"1.0","type":"link"}
