The Sicilian red La Segreta is a blend of autochthonous and international vines: the owner of the house, Nero d'Avola for 55%, followed by 25% Merlot, 20% Syrah and 5% Cabernet Franc. After the harvest, the must rests in steel on the skins at a temperature of 25 degrees and, after racking, refines in steel. It is a fresh wine, ready to drink, with a ruby ??red color and violet hues: it smells of currant, red fruits, and hints at a subtle but pleasant spicy note, The note on the fruit returns to the sip, currant again, a subtle tannin , well integrated, which balances harmoniously and pleasantly to drink.
