Three generations of the Launois family have remained faithful stewards of 6.5 hectares of Chardonnay vines in the Grand Cru village of Le Mesnil-sur-Oger. The husband and wife team of Julien and Sarahcraft these wines by hand as they raise their young son Paul to one day carry on the family legacy. 100% Chardonnay, 83% from 2017 vintage with 17 % Vin de Reserve. Base wines are fermented in stainless steel tanks for 10 weeks, undergoing malolactic prior to being tiraged in May 2018. Wines are disgorged "A la Volee" in May 2020 with a low dosage of 2 g/L
