From the iconic Mornington estate Paringa.
The fruit for this wine came from the ‘Estate’ & Callanan’s Road vineyards. handpicked, whole bunch pressed, & the unclarified juice was fermented in a combination of new & seasoned French oak puncheons. It was stirred monthly in barrel, to build weight & complexity.
Luscious, powerful stone fruits, lemon sherbet & savoury aromas. The palate is laden with stone fruit & citrus flavours supported by a creamy mouth feel.
