A single malt with an amber colour with a very slightly toasted nose, fine, light, delicate, elegant, raised in Gaillac wine vats.Michel Couvreur do not seek to aromatise by wood, to saturate their alcohols with tannins, but they consider a cask as a museum, a vector of memory flavours of a Domain. In this whisky the finesse and delicacy of Mauzac, the roundness and the spirit of this extraordinary wine that is the l’Oubli.
