The upshot of the cooler weather throughout the year was extended hangtime, ripening proceeded very slowly throughout the growing season. A high-quality harvest was quickly apparent with concentrated flavors, balanced acidity and refined phenolic development being the norm. Our Chardonnay harvest began on October 7th, some 3 weeks later than in 2022.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan\u003eA great example of full flavoured, big buttery Chardonnay with touches of spice. Bright citrus, apricot, and honeydew scents. Yellow plum, tropical fruit, crisp apple, and baking spice flavors.
