The Belle Ville Rosé is named after the house in Provence that Lou and Dean lived in, close to 30 years ago. In the very early stages of raising their young family, Dean was working at a nearby winery putting his hand to Provençal style, Mourvèdre dominated Rosé. Taking his
learnings from this idyllic time, this Rosé is classically made, using traditional Provençal varieties from their home in Barossa Valley. No need to irrigate our vineyard as it grows just like the best Mourvèdre vineyards in Provence as they say, but in French, “with its head in sunshine and feet in water." Wonderful aromas of strawberry, peach and watermelon
notes, summer petals and perfume and a crisp palate with refreshing acidity, dry finish and beautiful balance.
