The vineyard contains vines that avoided the ravages of phylloxera and are more than 140 years old. The vineyard sits at 620 metres. This is a supremely complex wine with intensity, concentration, balance and elegance. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan\u003eMinimal intervention or Lo-fi wines encapsulate those producers who keep additions and manipulations to a minimum during the winemaking process.
