The alcohol, low. The acidity, juicier and palpably more natural. A gentler approach and easier drinking because of it. A botrytic parade of dried mango, pineapple chunks, ginger crystals and orange liqueur. The finish long enough, without the stellar length of great examples. The poise, exemplary.
