Dappled Single Vineyard Syrah 2022
Dappled has always had a real knack for creating the savoury, slaty Syrah we all love. The ripeness of fruit in this cuvee has made for some supple texture, think full and lifted spiced blue fruit that makes it full of savoury notes, like herby charcuterie. 100% hand-picked and placed into 1 tonne fermenters before being foot-stomped once a week for five weeks, then pressed straight into old puncheons where it matured for a year before bottling.
