Chablis 1er Cru "Mont de Milieu" slowly expresses its complexity with mellowed aromas of citrus, crushed stones and apples on the nose. Crunchy and lively attack followed by beautifully balanced noted of flowers, sweet lime and minerality in the pure and long finish.
