Very savoury perfume, black olive, salt bush, sea spray and ripe plum. Animale, in a way, and loving it. Silky texture, floods the senses with juicy, plummy fruit, spice, pepper, earth and saltiness in the best way. Such a 'black' feeling wine – so dark, though it's not heavy or over ripe.
