Capcanes Mas Donis Blanco 2013
70% Garnacha Blanca and 30% Macabeau blend. Garnacha Blanca sourced from 10-25 year old vines, the lower altitude vineyards all alluvial soil, whilst the terraces and slopes are all poor, mineral stony based soils. Macabeau from 20-40 year old vines. Co-fermented in stainless steel at controlled temperatures, no malo-lactic fermentation, aged on fine lees in tank for 4 months prior to soft fining and bottling.
