100% Altesse from Abymes, vines aged approximately 33 years. The wine is fermented naturally, with 20% seeing skin contact for 10 days. This is aged on the lees for 10 months before bottling. The wine has a terrific nose, full of green grass, salt, lemon and clean apricot. Almost recalls Gruner Veltliner - the palate is just as lovely, with green tea, lime zest, and herbs. The wine has fine and intense finish, full of salt and herbs - the finish shows cracking acidity and fine texture, this is a beauty.Blard & Fils Roussette de Savoie 2020
