Mostly made in stainless steel, rounded out with a few barrels. Paler in colour than the Petit Chablis with a fresh, quite lean, quite marine nose. Fresh grapes with a saltier finish, medium bodied yet with good length. Quite a stylish and classic Chablis. Drink from 2024-2027 - Jasper Morris
