It’s medium to full-bodied, cool well-etched acidity, fresh blackberry, again a distinct hazelnut flavour with dusty spices, quite ferrous, also leaning into umami with a sort of porcini mushroom earthiness, finishing long and firm with silty and rusty tannin grip. A distinct style here, quite spicy and that ‘liquid mineral’ thing, for want of a better way of describing it, is so very fetching.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\u003cem\u003e95 Points. Bold perfume, plenty of flavour and yet a trim of dusty, crushed-rock tannin makes headway for tension and refreshment factor.
