From the Bowe Lees & Loveys Vineyard in Woodside - Adelaide Hills. From 21 year old vines, at an elevation of 390m on light brown to grey sandy soils. Hand picked and crushed prior to 95 days on skins. Pressed to large format oak for 15 months.
